Job Summary
We are currently seeking a highly dedicated and motivated Field Agent to join our team. As a Field Agent, you will be responsible for working with an assigned client's case to deliver and collect information and paperwork, obtain signatures, and capture photos and videos for marketing or other purposes. Additionally, you will be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills and strong attention to detail. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.

Company Description:
Gov Paycard Services, Inc. (GPS) is a resource agency that assists with payment processing for government funded programs. It offers a peer-to-peer payment processing service.
GPS exists to assist residents with limited access to government resources, to obtain for them the federal funding they need to carry out independent activities of daily living.
The main purpose of GPS is to provide quick and safe access to government economic resources for urban, low-income, and underdeveloped communities.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Travel
Travel required to clients homes for set-ups and reoccurring delivery. Travel via company vehicle or own vehicle with provided mileage reimbursement
Qualifications
Employment is contingent on
Background check (company-wide)
Valid drivers license in state of residence with a clean driving record (when applicable for the position)
Required Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or GED equivalent, required
Experience in medical field and administrative record management, preferred
Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between clients and DHHS staff
Meet face to face with individuals and families to complete an intake assessment at their home, office, or via phone.
Gather relevant documentation and complete Electronic Health Record (EHR) required to open the case
Attend meetings with external agencies as needed
Maintain, with confidentiality, clients record and information
Must have experience in working with people from different socio economic and cultural backgrounds.
Responsible for recording video content that can be utilized on the companys social media channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Provide exceptional customer service to clients at all times
Ensure all work is completed accurately and efficiently
Skills and Competencies
Effectively communicate in English; both oral and written
Interpret a variety of communications (verbal, non-verbal, written, listening and visual)
Maintain confidentiality, discretion and caution when handling sensitive information
Multi-task along with attention to detail
Self-motivation, organized, time-management and deductive problem-solving skills

Email transmission and communication
Internet navigation and research
Microsoft applications; Outlook, Word and Excel

Lift and carry office equipment at times
Requires sitting, walking, standing, talking and listening
Requires close vision to small print on computer and/or tablet and paperwork
Requires driving a vehicle for most of the workday
