Digital Advertising Agency Services Sales: 14 year old award winning digital ad agency looking to create a Sales department.


Since 2010 our business has grown through referrals. Now we are ready to take the company through a growth phase. We are looking for a head of sales with previous agency experience.


Before applying, please read the last sentence again: We are looking for a head of sales with previous agency experience. It's important that your experience is not too far off from our market position. We are an small agency (around 15 people) and we service accounts that spend between $30K per month to $600K per month in advertising media buys through mainly Google, Bing, and Facebook.


We are looking for someone that has sold into companies with revenues between $20M and $300M/ year as those seem to fall in our sweet spot of clients.


Keys to success:

  • have a background in ad agency sales
  • have closed more than 50 deals selling digital ad agency services
  • have your own book of business so you can reach out to past clients and offer free audits to do a health check on their Google Ads accounts
  • know the Google Ads environment and know how to pitch Google ads management services
  • already be a successful sales rep that is looking for growth and for working in a friendly, family environment with competent team mates


Must have:

  • previous ad agency experience
  • friendly and personable demeanor
  • desire to grow income and scale your position in life
