Overview:
I am conducting a search for an exceptionally talented sales professional located in the greater San Francisco Bay area to join my client's North American sales team. This role is an individual contributor and is charged with developing new business and deepening current account relationships. Our client is the global leader in engagement solutions that drive measurable results for our clients around the world. Think employee engagement, sales force effectiveness, channel partner loyalty, and customer engagement. They are also a leading provider of employee recognition solutions producing measurable results for their clients by driving and sustaining engagement of their employees including many of the Fortune 1000.
Profile:
This role is one of developing relationships and understanding the customer s critical sales strategies, then quarterbacking a team of subject matter experts to create and execute a solution to achieve the customer s business objectives. Successful candidates understand the need to build a broad understanding of their client s needs at the executive level before making recommendations about ways they might be able to assist the client. This is a direct business-to-business sales role both developing new business, as well as managing/growing that book of business.

Compensation is not capped and is based on your performance.
Base salary plus ramp-up, commission & bonuses - 1st Year OTE $200K+.
