Sales Executive

Overview:

I am conducting a search for an exceptionally talented sales professional located in the greater San Francisco Bay area to join my client's North American sales team. This role is an individual contributor and is charged with developing new business and deepening current account relationships. Profile:

This role is one of developing relationships and understanding the customer s critical sales strategies, then quarterbacking a team of subject matter experts to create and execute a solution to achieve the customer s business objectives. Successful candidates understand the need to build a broad understanding of their client s needs at the executive level before making recommendations about ways they might be able to assist the client. This is a direct business-to-business sales role both developing new business, as well as managing/growing that book of business.

Position Requirements:

• 7+ years of consultative, sales experience in Software, Consulting, or Services.
• Experience with long (6+mos) sales cycles and larger ($100K+) deals is preferred.
• Impeccable presentation skills
• BA/BS required

Compensation Opportunity:

Compensation is not capped and is based on your performance.

Base salary plus ramp-up, commission & bonuses - 1st Year OTE $200K+.
