He/she is a dynamic leader, possessing the ability to motivate and lead teams, and is fully competent with all phases of financial and variance reporting. Our ideal candidate has a strong background in PBS8, is marketing savvy and proficient in both MS Office (Word, Excel) and Property Management-related software. Our ideal candidate enjoys serving our residents, supporting our team, and driving positive, consistent results.The Details: Our Community Managers are fully accountable and responsible for providing overall supervision of the community. Overseeing and enhancing the value of the property, and ensuring the property team is positive and successful. Specific duties include:Leading and mentoring a dynamic teamDeveloping and managing the budgetEnsuring property is meeting KPI Goals for Occupancy, Collections, Compliance, Asset and Budget ManagementSubmitting necessary weekly/monthly reportingEnsuring that site teams deliver Safe, Decent and Sanitary Housing to all our residentsPerforms all other duties as assignedWhere is the job located? Participated in Management and Occupancy reviews and UPCS/REAC Inspections. Experience with resident occupied project renovations.Salary Description $50,000 / annually
