Leasing Consultant

A prominent real estate company based in Miami, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Leasing Consultant. This role is crucial for managing potential tenant interest both in-person and via digital platforms, ensuring a seamless and professional leasing experience throughout the process.

Challenges You Will Face:

1. Respond to potential tenant inquiries about rental properties, both in-person and through digital platforms.
2. Show properties, answer questions, and finalize lease terms.
3. Set clear tenant expectations for security deposits, rent procedures, and amenities included in the lease.
4. Prepare potential tenant background checks, including reference letters, rental history, income verification, and lease applications.
5. Properly execute all lease terms and take necessary steps in the case of a defaulting tenant.
6. Provide guidance on the internal Tenant Cloud registration procedure.

Skills We Would Love to See in Your Profile:

1. Attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Customer-oriented with problem-solving capabilities.
3. Intermediate understanding of MS Office.
4. Bilingual profile, preferably in English and Spanish.
