Copy Center / Mailroom Associate in Seattle, WA.

This critically important position is responsible for providing daily production support for all of our on-site Digital Imaging Copy, Print, and Mail operations. A high level of client satisfaction must be maintained by responding quickly and effectively to the client's needs. The Print/Mail Operations Associate continually seeks to improve the operations of support service; analyzing the current systems and implementing sound practices according to POA's Standards of Operational Excellence.Job DutiesProvide outstanding customer service at all timesCommitment to providing high-quality copy and print production skills and competenciesServes as a liaison between POA and the client's administrationDemonstrate proficiency in explaining all products, services, turnaround times, delivery schedules, and guarantees to the clientsMaintain all records and compliance on security and confidentiality of client materialsMaintains a facility that is organized and meets tour quality standards at all timesComply with POA policy that any information seen during the copy process is strictly confidential and is never to leave the support center and never to be talked about to anyoneDirects in the orientation of client personnel to POA's method of operation within the locationDisplay high ethical standard, integrity, work ethic, and loyaltyScan, copy, and organize Admission documents and save to a shared driveSort and deliver mail/packages to corresponding departmentsClean/organize/stock lunchroom and restroom when neededSet up, tear down, and make sure recycling bins are emptied of all conference rooms throughout the buildingRequirements:Must hold a valid driver's licenseWorking knowledge of Microsoft products pertaining to the specific position including but not limited to Outlook, Word, and Excel.Knowledge of production print and finishing/bindery equipment; utilization of typical office services equipment and technology strongly preferredBe personable, articulate, knowledgeable, and professional in presenting oneself in a professional settingAbility to learn skills quicklyFlexibility in dealing with simultaneous projects- demonstrated ability to multi-task a mustAbility to lift or move 40 lbs. or greaterAbility to walk, bend, kneel, stand, and/or sit for an extended period of timeManual dexterity required for operating office machinery (phone, copy machines, binding equipment, etc)Strong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervisionSchedule is M-FAdvancement and growth into leadership rolesDOE: $20-25/HRMedical/Dental/Vision/Life insurance plansMatched 401kFSA/HSA ProgramsOur Commitment to Diversity and InclusionPacific Office Automation is proud to be an equal employment opportunity employer.
