Job Title: Chiropractic Assistant

Pay: $17-$22/hour

Company: Verve Chiropractic

Location: Orange, CA

Hours: Mon/Wed/Thurs/Fri 9am-6pm, Tuesday 1:30pm-6pm, (subject to change as practice grows, but will not include weekends)

We are seeking a vibrant, health-minded, highly organized and detail-oriented Chiropractic Assistant to join our team at Verve Chiropractic, a prenatal and pediatric chiropractic practice. The right candidate for this position should be someone who leads with empathy, loves empowering kids and families, has a passion for chiropractic and is committed to delivering an exceptional experience to patients. This person should also feel comfortable talking with patients about sensitive topics including medical history and finances, have excellent listening skills, have confidence in their communication abilities, and be highly organized.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting the Doctors with practice management, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience to allow for practice growth
• Responsible for taking detailed patient history and examination chart notes into EHR
• Managing ongoing patient care plans and tracking patient visits
• Coordinate with other staff members to ensure patients adhere to care plans and schedule follow up visits
• Performing neurological scans on patients
• Demonstrate and educate families on home exercise and stretching protocols
• Educating patients and their families about our process and the benefits of chiropractic care
• Keeping the office clean, organized and aesthetically pleasing
• Greeting practice members and providing excellent customer service - creating a 5-star experience
• Handling any other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

• High figure-it-out factor. This is a must!
• Proven experience as an chiropractic assistant, administrative assistant, customer service or similar role
• Ideal candidate has background in a chiropractic, medical, physical therapy or dental setting
• Experience working with families and children
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and basic computer skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Youtube)
