Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Cardiovascular Nurse at Tulsa Cardiovascular Center of Excellence located in Tulsa, OK. As a Cardiovascular Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including monitoring patients' vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with procedures. You will collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans and educate patients and their families on cardiovascular health.
Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the state of Oklahoma
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in cardiovascular nursing or a related field
- Strong knowledge of cardiovascular diseases, treatments, and protocols
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) and documentation
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Additional certifications and experience in cardiac catheterization, electrophysiology, or other specialized areas of cardiovascular nursing are a plus.
