**Mental health services**

* We provide a wide range of treatment and support to young people, adults and older people experiencing mental illness both as inpatients and within the community. This includes treatment in secure and specialised settings.

**Community health services**

* Our diverse range of community health services provide support and treatment to both adults and children. We deliver this care in community hospitals, health centres, GP surgeries and in peoples homes.

**Learning disabilities services**

* We provide crisis support and inpatient services and our community learning disability teams work in partnership with local councils to provide assessment and support for adults with learning disabilities.

**Social care**

* We provide personalised social care support to people with a range of needs, including people with learning disabilities or mental illness, supporting people to live independently.

EPUT Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting to a fixed term contract for an enthusiastic and motivated Team Leader for the Community and School Age Immunisation Service in Luton. The team leader will drive the delivery of the Immunisation Programmes primarily through a school-based model, offering all school aged vaccinations including the intranasal flu vaccination. The Team Leader will inspire others to deliver our high standards of service and achieve high vaccination rates in line with our Key Performance Indicators.

The Community and School Age Immunisation Service in EPUT is recognised nationally for its innovative and creative service modelling. We pride ourselves on delivering high quality flexible services and are looking for a Team Leader who is like-minded to join our teams.

**You will be an RN/RMN/RSCN with an interest in children, have a good working knowledge of the child health immunisation service and ideally previous leadership experience.**

The trust is committed to your professional development and offers flexible learning opportunities, performance management, clinical supervision and mentorship.

**Base:** The Bedford, Luton and Milton Keynes teams are based at Doolittle Mill, Ampthill however service provision is across multiple school and community settings so there is a requirement to be able to travel throughout Bedford, Luton and Milton Keynes. Remote working facilities are in place where appropriate.

**Applicant requirements**

You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
