• Checking work orders, properly selecting processed material checking for weight, alloy, size, and quality.
• Operate forklift to bring material to the production floor or shipping department
• Follow packaging instructions
• Operate simple hand tools and machines (automatic bander, core cutting machine, shrink wrapper, nail gun, circular saw,...)
• Properly identify all slit material and complete all documentation.
• Group completed coils together by work order in designated area.
• Maintain work areas in a clean and neat fashion.
• Opportunity for advancement into production
