This role is the friendly greeting and dealing with all customers and visitors promptly, efficiently and professionally upon entrance to the showroom or phoning into the switchboard. Applicants must be able to demonstrate how they meet the following criteria:

* At least 1 years experience dealing directly with customers in a premier Retail, Restaurant or Hotel environment.

* Educated to GCSE level or equivalent with minimum grade C in Maths and English

* Previous telephony/switchboard experience would be advantageous.

* Be a confident, well presented individual who possesses excellent interpersonal skills.

* Have a genuine passion for service excellence.

* Previous experience of serving food & or coffee would be advantageous.

* Must have a flexible approach in regard to working hours and days of the week within a small team.
