Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Service Desk Technician. The Service Desk Technician will be responsible for providing technical support to clients via phone, remote desktop, and in-person. The Service Desk Technician will also troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on desktop computers and laptops, provide help desk support, and perform computer repair tasks.

Qualifications
  • Strong technical skills in desktop computers and troubleshooting
  • Experience providing technical support and help desk support
  • Experience in computer repair
  • Experience in a customer facing role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely as well as in a team environment
  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus
