Nogin is searching for a creative, skilled, and organized Photographer to join our E-commerce Photography department. You will need to be productive, thorough, on top of details, and driven to bring value to the studio team. This role is for a passionate & self-motivated team player who can prioritize well in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment. This role reports to the Studio Director.

Key Responsibilities:

The Photographer is responsible for executing high quality imagery while meeting client timelines and studio KPI's.

* Responsible for executing digital photography, shooting product images, both flat & on-model, to complete shot lists for various brands ecomm stores.

* Maintain brand objectives and follow category-specific style guides & photo directives to ensure consistency of image composition, surfaces, backgrounds, and lighting.

* Collaborate closely with internal studio team members and freelance teams to ensure deadlines & KPI benchmarks are met.

* Ensure product is accurately and wholly represented. Make adjustments to shot list and lighting as needed to capture details and full look and feel of product.

* Maintain photo equipment and studio sets.

* Keep an up-beat, positive, and fun environment for all members on set.

* Retouch images as needed.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

* Proficiency with Nikon systems, studio lighting, Photoshop and Capture One

* Current with photography trends, camera systems, with an understanding of their benefits and limits.

* Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently.

* Exceptional time management skills, ability to prioritize and stay calm under pressure.

* Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.

* Able to give and receive constructive criticism & encouragement to other team members .

* Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment .

* Previous experience working in a studio preferred.
