Responsibilities & Duties:

• Product Assembly & Quality Assurance:
• Assemble products from components, accessories, subassemblies, and packaging, adhering to precise specifications.
• Achieve production timelines with accurate and timely assembly.
• Seamlessly shift between repetitive tasks and new priorities as they emerge.
• Interpret assembly instructions, material lists, measurements, and specifications to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Conduct visual inspections to identify and rectify defects.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Collaborate across teams to enhance products and processes with feedback, suggestions, and innovative ideas.
• Complete digital work orders accurately, contributing to precise inventory representation.
• Inventory Management:
• Engage in periodic cycle counts and annual inventory assessments, maintaining accuracy and organization.
• Workplace Excellence:
• Keep your workspace clean and organized, upholding our standards for efficiency and orderliness.
• Tackle additional tasks and responsibilities as identified by management.

• Fine Motor Skills: Exhibit dexterity and hand-eye coordination for handling and assembling small parts and components. Experience with hand and power tools preferred.
• Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, maintaining productivity and focus.
• Education: A minimum of a GED or High School Diploma is required.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Reliability: Must have reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and be dependable, with punctuality Monday through Friday, 7 am-4 pm, schedule, plus flexibility for overtime as needed.
• Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills for email, record-keeping, inventory management, and administrative tasks.
