Trial Associate (Plaintiff Side)

A premier national trial firm seeks a fully remote, plaintiff-side trial associate to handle wildfire litigation.

As this is a fully remote position, the firm seeks tech-savvy individuals who are comfortable using top case-management software and platforms.

SUMMARY

• Salary Range: $120k-$150k
• No billable hours requirement

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Licensed to practice law in California (Licensure in another state including Colorado, Hawaii, New Mexico, Oregon, or Washington is preferred, but not required)
• At least 2 years of plaintiff-side civil litigation experience
• Tech savvy
• Ability to travel as needed for in-person court appearances and trial
