Legal Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Job description

South Clearwater law firm is seeking a Receptionist/Legal Administrative Assistant. The position requires strong multi-tasking skills, enjoy working in a fast pace environment and the ability to work on the editing of correspondence and legal document. Previous legal experience will be a plus. Some of the duties will be:


  • Answer all incoming calls professionally while maintaining an office log.
  • Handle office inventory efficiently
  • Processing of all incoming mail and packages
  • Edit letters and legal documents
  • Create notebooks
  • Process check request when needed

Firms practice areas are Trust Litigation, Probate Estate Litigation, Probate & Trust Administration, Business law and Real Estate. This is a full time position with full benefits.
