Office Services Assistant (Legal) - $16-17/HR

Job description

Our client, a growing full-service law firm with multiple offices throughout North Carolina, is seeking a very bright and diligent Office Services Assistant to join their Raleigh office. This client is an award-winning organization that is dedicated to leveraging technology and achieving a collaborative environment that fosters growth, innovation, and productivity.


The Office Services Assistant will be responsible for running external errands by delivering and picking up documents and packages to/from clients. The candidate would additionally be proofing and processing mail, coordinating conference room and office reservations, and supporting different departments of the firm cross-functionally. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience with a renowned organization in a fast-paced legal environment.


Other responsibilities include:

  • Open and close the lobby and conference areas.
  • Answer switchboard and route calls to recipients or voicemail.
  • Greet and assist clients via phone and in-person.
  • Order and stock office supplies.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Requirements and qualifications include:

  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and proofreading abilities.
  • Ability to obtain Notary Public certification after initial 90-day period.
