Desired Skills and Experience

Prior dispatch and customer service experience a s well as phone experience preferred . We are also looking for someone who is organized, flexible, detail oriented and who has excellent communication skills. B ut a great attitude is the only non-negotiable requirement.

The Big Task

************

You will be an integral part of our office team as the crossroads position for our customer service and dispatch office and our team of field technicians. Y ou will assist our lead dispatcher in communicating with our team of technicians as well as helping our customer service representatives with both inbound and outbound calls . This position will also work with our service manager to manage the schedules of our team of specialists and tracking statistics for all field employees through daily reports.

Key Sub Tasks

- Assign jobs and manage the whereabouts and background needs of our technicians in the fiel d

- Maintain communication with customers to keep them updated on the status of their service r equests

- Track and record stats and details for multiple necessary reports

- Assist lead dispatcher in obtaining permits and inspections and in managing GPS tracking for our company vehicles

- Accurately answer and resolve any customer concerns or issues

- Maintain and update our customer database with complete and accurate information.

- Assist with team projects and outgoing customer satisfaction calls.

- Participate in training and regular coaching sessions so that you grow and develop as a professional.
