FLSA Status: **Non-Exempt** FTE: **0.4 = 32 hours per pay, Part Time Flex** Holidays: **Every Other Holiday** Schedule: **3:00 pm - 7:00 pm** Shift: **Evenings** Status: **Part Time Flex** Weekends: **Every Other Weekend** The **Dining Room Host/Hostess** is responsible for assuring dining areas are properly prepared for meal service in accordance with facility policy and for the courteous seating of residents in dining area. Applicants must be able to deliver excellent customer service and be able to work in a fast-paced environment independently or as part of a team.

**Qualifications:**

* Previous dining experience preferred

* Prior experience in lead or supervisor role

* Excellent customer service skills

* Ability to follow oral and written instructions

* High school diploma or equivalent preferred

**Responsibilities and Expectations:**

* Prepares dining area for meal service including setting tables.

* Assists residents with seating.

* Manages dining reservations.

* Maintains cleanliness of department and equipment.

* Monitors supply levels and updates supervisor on inventory needs.
