**Sales - Richfield, WI - Full Time**

Here at Ashley Homestore, we are looking for people that have a desire to learn and grow in their career. If that is you, join our Sales Team as a full-time Furniture Sales Professional. Our first year Sales Professionals can expect to earn on average between **$40,000 - $60,000.**

We are looking for talented people that have a desire to learn and start a career in sales. We will train you! This is a commissioned position. We offer an hourly rate of $20 during our 60 day training program.

***We are looking for individuals with:**** Previous successful experience in sales or customer service related positions preferred but not required

* Passion about doing a great job and making a great living

* Desire to have control over your earning ability

* Career-focused mindset

* Outgoing personality and ability to have some fun

* Confidence and desire to learn about the business through our training program

* Commitment in helping customers with the utmost integrity

* Computer skills

* High School diploma or GED

* Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time

* Warmly greet our customers and have a great conversation with them about their wants and needs.

* Help the customer create an amazing room to enjoy with their family and friends.

* Answer any questions the customer has about financing and payment plans.

* Close the sale and assure the customer is happy with their purchase.

* Invite the customer to come back and keep in touch.

* At all times be honest and demonstrate integrity in the sales process.

* Follow up with the customer to ensure they *love* their purchase.
