Do you like getting paid well to work with your hands, see jobs to completion daily, continually improving, and being part of a GREAT Team? As a Floor Care Specialist, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional floor care services to both residential homeowners and commercial businesses

• Be willing to be trained by our Team Members
• Provide floor care including carpet, tile/grout, vinyl, and protection services to the assigned Commercial and Residential clients
• Have a great sense of HUMOR
• Create an atmosphere of trust and safety within the home of our clients
• Be the textile cleaning expert to our client by educating them about our services
• Take care of the equipment and resources you are provided
• Ability to effectively communicate with the Client
• Have a clean and professional appearance
• Enjoy working with your hands and seeing a job to completion

Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with no accidents, suspension or recent speeding tickets
• Ability to work independently and lead crews
• Kind, understanding, and positive attitude towards our clients and Team Members
• Work well in fast pace, team oriented environment
• Some nights and weekends

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Salary: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour (Paid training starts at $22/hr)
