Transactions Float Associate

We are currently seeking a Transactions Float Associate to join our Operations team in Wichita, KS. This role will have the opportunity to be cross trained and scheduled to work in various Operations areas.

Essential functions of the role:

• Support various areas within the Operations division as needed:
• Transactions Services - Review mobile and ATM deposit items, process wires and cash letters within prescribed deadlines, provide support for treasury customers and products.
• Exception Items Processing - Ensure exception items are reviewed, corrected and cleared timely; review account holds; balance teller general ledger; submit reporting for charged off accounts
• Records - Convert paper documents to electronic images; import and index imaged documents into document imaging software; produce debit cards.
• Card Services - Review fraud alerts, work queues and reports.
• Other duties as assigned within the scope and responsibility of the job

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Proficiency with large server-based applications and typical desktop software required
• Loan documentation or administration experience preferred
