Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provides clerical and administrative support for specifical departmental activities, including meetings, recordkeeping, data verification and support, and other activities and projects as assigned.
  • Assists other departments in product management functions including product knowledge and specification inquiries, product preparation and assembly, and safe product usage.
  • Manages department inventory of current product and prototype products including shipping and receiving of products and other materials.
  • Assists with national or regional trade shows, sales meetings, photo shoots, and training events and supports the branches in the areas of technical sales or service as needed.
  • Produce various reports and analyses.
  • All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.


Specifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering preferred
  • 1+ years of outdoor or indoor power equipment experience preferred
  • Performs work under general supervision. Handles basic issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff
  • Basic computer and Microsoft software knowledge, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at once with excellent follow-through and follow-up skills
  • Up to 25% travel required
