**The Opportunity...**

Our Louisville Distribution Hub is hiring POS Programmers to join our team. Our dynamic, fast-paced team is responsible for preparing POS devices to go directly to small businesses around the US, and we are growing! **Responsibilities**

* POS Programmers are responsible for device programming, testing of point of sale (credit card) terminals.

* Following established Key Injection Management Procedures, the POS Programmer is responsible for injecting security encryption keys into point of sale devices by setting up terminals, using a computer system to perform the key injection, and configuring the computer system to "speak" to the terminal.

* Responsible for moving the injected device to the Download or QA department

* Track and document client issues in the online management ticketing system and is responsible for timely follow-up

* Perform other duties as required to meet business needs

**Must Haves**

* MUST LIVE LOCALLY

* MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN OR PERMANENT RESIDENT

* High School Diploma OR GED and;

* 6+ months of customer service experience

* 6+ months of technical troubleshooting experience preferred

* Acute attention to detail

* Demonstrated sense of accountability, problem resolution and be able to maintain a high level of integrity and honesty

* Exemplary customer service skills

* PC skills including accurate order entry

* Excellent attendance/punctuality

* Ability to work overtime, as required

* Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions

* Ability to communicate effectively in both a written and oral form with a diversity of individuals in multiple functional areas

* Ability to work independently and as a member of a team

* Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within a fast-paced environment

* The hours for this role are Monday - Friday, 11:15am - 8:00pm
