Our goal is to drive performance and innovation within the FEC (Family Entertainment Center) space.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Arcade Tech at Costley Entertainment in Houston, TX. As an Arcade Tech, you will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks related to arcade maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. You will also work closely with IT services and support the implementation of new technologies in arcade settings across the greater Houston area.
Qualifications
- Experience in arcade maintenance and repair
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
- Familiarity with arcade game hardware and software
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects
- Relevant certifications or technical training is a plus
