Job Title: Recruiter

Job Description: Element Staffing is recruiting for an entry level Recruiter in Houston, TX. The Recruiter will assist Element's Houston office achieve staffing objectives by sourcing, evaluating and placing job candidates for a variety of scientific and technical positions. Duties/ Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle recruiting source, screen, test, interview, and place candidates for temporary, temporary to hire, payroll, and direct placement positions.
• Source candidates for open roles and future opportunities using job boards, databases, and recruiting tools.
• Create and modify documents in MS Word, including resumes and other HR type documents.
• Post jobs on different platforms and assess resumes for job fit.
• Assist with social media posting for team members on LinkedIn, Facebook, or other social media platforms.
• Negotiate wage rates and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates and gain commitment for their job requirements.

Years of Experience: 0-2+ years

Education: Bachelor's Degree

Shift/Travel: M-F 8am-5pm

Compensation: DOE

Assignment Type: Direct Hire
