Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full Cycle Corporate Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top sales talent for our organization. This position reports to the Chief People Officer. As a Corporate Recruiter, you will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet those needs.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Strategically partner with CPO and store managers at every stage of the recruiting life cycle to successfully recruit high-producing sales associates.
  • Proactively source sales talent through a multichannel pipeline to ensure optimum sales personnel headcount in the stores to reach or exceed their sales targets.
  • Partner with CPO to evaluate, design, and employ the Garder White Employee Value Proposition to attract, recruit, and retain the best sales talent in our market while adapting to evolving workforce needs.
  • Manage candidate relationships with a strong emphasis on building long-term relationships.
  • Other duties/projects as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment:

This job operates in an office environment.

Physical Demands:

This employee will regularly be sitting at a computer and will also be standing, walking, and speaking. This job may also require travel to job fairs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, management, business or equivalent work experience.
  • At least three years of experience in recruiting in a sales organization.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with recruitment software or applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Paylocity
  • Prior experience in a retail, sales, or service environment preferred.
  • Experience utilizing job boards, target company cold-calling, and other sourcing mechanisms to identify candidates.
  • Hands-on ability to conduct different types of interviews (e.g., phone interviews, structured, competency-based, and behavioral
  • Continuous learning engagement activities which can include HR Certification from HRCI or SHRM or similar opportunities.
  • Thorough knowledge of recruiting practices and associated employment laws and regulations.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position working either AM or PM based on the needs of the business.
