YOUR IMPACT

The Executive Recruiter will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and securing top-tier executive talent for senior-level positions, including VP and C-Suite roles. Operating at the forefront of talent acquisition, you will collaborate with business leaders, contribute to succession planning, and build strong client relationships. Your strategic mindset, extensive industry knowledge, and refined interpersonal skills will be critical in successfully executing the executive recruitment process.



WHAT YOU LL DO

  • Assist in identifying key talent within and outside the organization, contributing to succession planning efforts.
  • Formulate and implement recruitment strategies specifically tailored for senior-level executive positions.
  • Manage confidential, high-stakes recruitment for executive roles, including VP and C-Suite positions, on a national scale.
  • Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand executive hiring needs, organizational goals, and leadership requirements.
  • Proactively contribute to building a robust talent pipeline for current and future executive positions.
  • Participate in salary negotiations, ensuring competitive and fair compensation packages for executive candidates.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of executive candidates, evaluating their skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including networking, direct sourcing, referrals, and online channels, to identify and engage passive and active executive-level candidates.
  • Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline through proactive talent mapping and relationship-building efforts.
  • Stay abreast of compensation trends and market conditions to provide strategic advice on competitive executive compensation.
  • Present shortlisted executive candidates to hiring teams, providing comprehensive candidate profiles and insights.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their business needs and organizational culture.
  • Conduct extensive research to identify potential executive candidates and develop leads for future recruitment endeavors.
  • Develop and implement a sustainable strategy for attracting executive-level candidates, fostering a proactive and candidate-centric approach.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in executive recruiting, particularly at the VP and C-Suite levels.
  • In-depth knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, succession planning, and executive compensation.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation abilities and a track record of successful executive placements.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
