Job Description
This role requires expertise in crafting inspection plans, analyzing measurement outcomes, and compiling thorough reports for both engineering and manufacturing teams.
Close collaboration with the program team is essential to maintain consistent quality standards and devise inspection plans derived from drawings. In-process inspections are conducted to verify product conformity.
Critical tasks include scrutinizing engineering drawings, CAD data, and specifications to ascertain inspection requirements, and continuous collaboration with cross-functional teams to refine quality processes.
Desired qualifications encompass the ability to develop inspection plans from drawings, meticulous attention to detail to ensure complete documentation adherence, and proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and CAD models. A strong command of GD&T is indispensable, along with proficiency in CMM software, particularly Zeiss CALYPSO or its equivalent, and familiarity with Keyence machines.

Responsibility
Analyze measurement results and provide comprehensive reports to engineering and manufacturing teams.
Work closely with the program team to ensure quality standards are consistently met and maintained.
Create inspection plans based on drawings
Perform in process inspections to ensure product conforms to the drawing
Review and interpret engineering drawings, CAD data, and specifications to determine inspection requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continually improve quality processes and standards.
Assist with managing calibrated tools and coordinating with vendors
Team player and strong communication skills
Ability to make inspection plans based on drawings and build documentation
Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure documentation is complete per the process
Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD models.
Strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
Proficiency in using CMM software, preferably Zeiss CALYPSO or equivalent.
Knowledge of Keyence machines
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Qualification -
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 6 years of prior related experience....
