For information about ABM's benefits, visit ABM 2023 Employee Benefits | Front Line Team Members ( (Programa de beneficios de) .Essential FunctionsApproaches and greets all customers in a friendly, professional mannerUses respectful communication to assist guests with their questions, problems, and concerns; relays information to shift or Operations Manager as necessaryIs quick and responsive to provide excellent customer serviceFollows all company procedures and complies with all safety regulationsResponsibilitiesIssues and/or collects visitor parking ticketsMatches visitor ticket to parking rate schedule; collects proper payment from visitors and distributes correct changeCompletes lost ticket forms when original tickets cannot be locatedCompletes shift/daily reconciliation of receipts, cash, and charges; accurately accounts for all funds within cashier drawerPerforms revenue drops following specific location proceduresMaintains a clean, orderly, and safe work area in and around the cashier's boothAnswers telephone in a prompt and courteous manner, when requiredImmediately reports any accidents, incidents or safety concerns to Operations Manager or Shift LeadCommunicates professionally at all times with guests, client, and teammatesQualificationsOne year of similar experience preferred.Must be 18 years of age or older.Must meet all requirements to receive required badges and seals (if applicable), including successful completion of a background check and ten-year work historyREQNUMBER: 84437All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
