The Job
* The Dishwasher carries out overall maintenance and cleanliness of the Firebrand facility, from the Front of House to the Back of House
* Maintains excellent communication with Manager
* Washes Dishes
* Cleans and maintains Bakery and common areas, such as bathrooms, hallways, staircases, and anywhere needed
* Removes garbage as needed
* Mops and sweeps floors
* Cleans windows
* Details and cleans bathrooms
* Loads wood into Wood Fired oven
* Supports and complies with all quality, safety and hygiene protocols
* Chopping olives, herbs, butter
* Mixing polishes and feeding starters
* Scaling recipes and ingredients
* Making egg wash
* Soaking and sprouting grains
* Helps other departments with various tasks when needed
* Starting pay is $16.50 per hour and higher depending on experience
* Must be able to work one day each weekend, AM and PM shifts available
Some requirements :
* Youre 18 years or older
* Can lift 50 lbs plus
* Can work on your feet for at least 8 hours
* Are available to work holidays and weekends
* Are legally eligible to work in the US
* Can make it to work consistently and on time
