Operations Associate

A financial services company in San Francisco is looking to fill an immediate need with the addition of a new Operations Associate to their growing team.

***This is a fully onsite opportunity requiring the qualified professional to work onsite 5 days a week***

Responsibilities:

The Operations Associate will:

• Client Onboarding
• Trade Processing
• Trade Reconciliation
• Trade Settlement
• Trade Reporting
• Soft Dollar Reconciliation
• Options and Special Trading Client invoicing and collection
• System Data Maintenance
• Real-Time Requests

Qualifications:

• Capability to prioritize and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized individual with attention to detail and excellent follow-through skills
• Ability to balance tactical and strategic thinking
• Proactive, self-motivated individual with high levels of ownership, and driven to achieve
• Must be able to take direction and multitask during the trading day
• Bachelor's Degree
• Knowledge of Fidessa, Bloomberg and third party clearing a plus but not required
• 1-2 years of relevant experience is helpful but not required

Desired Skills:

• Series 99 Licensure
• Microsoft Excel expertise
