Timeless Luxury LA is looking for a part-time sales associate to work at The Grove in Los Angeles

Timeless Luxury LA is a jewelry brand that sells elegant, handmade, dainty jewelry that is suitable for men and women of any age. We pride ourselves in creating and selling the highest quality jewelry that is unique and truly timeless while also giving the best customer service to make the experience unforgettable. We specialize mainly in permanent jewelry, handmade freshwater pearl jewelry, semi-precious gemstones, gold filled, sterling silver, and stainless steel jewelry. We hope to find someone to join our family and be able to grow alongside us.

Job Description:

- Jewelry Sales Associate position requires the employee to establish a high level of satisfaction to the customer through excellent sales services.

- Must be knowledgeable about all jewelry materials and provide any answer the customer may have about a specific product.

- Be very friendly to all customers and provide assistance to them when needed

- Have a flexible work schedule

-Be able to perform applying permanent jewelry on customers

-Be able to use jewelry tools to do some slight jewelry making

Requirements:

-Previous Sales experience is a huge plus

-Excellent customer service skills

- Have excellent verbal communication skills

- Fast learner, sharp, and detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment

- In-depth knowledge of customer service practices and a good understanding of sales principles

- Has great time management skills and is always punctual

- Reliable transportation

Pay & Perks:

- $18/hr

- 5% sales commission
