**Job Description:**

**Job Summary:** Under direction of the Director of Human Resources is responsible for the daily planning and organizing all functions required to maintain departmental activities and services. Responsible for the movements of uniforms and wardrobes; collecting, storing and distributing to achieve Odawa Casino Resort standards of quality utilizing established Standards of Service.

**Primary Duties & Responsibilities:**

* Coordinate the delivery and pickup of uniforms for cleaning by designated vendors.

* Responsible for researching Accounts Receivable concerns and submitting financial and inventory documentation to appropriate personnel.

* Assist in the development, implementation and updating mechanisms to track vendors cleaning, inventory, supplies, and equipment. Establish and review price list for services offered by the Wardrobe Department.

* Serve as the GIMS systems expert through staying up to date on the system; troubleshoot the GIMS system and provide training to all new Team Members on the GIMS system.

* Keep accurate records and coordinate all wardrobe pieces rentals through ordering and canceling in a timely manner.

* Work closely with the Director of Human Resources and communicate department issues with department managers on an as needed basis.

* Manage the processes involved in the organization, distribution, collection, and storage of uniforms & wardrobes, ensuring their cleanliness and maintenance.

* Place uniform orders in accordance with purchasing procedures.

* Responsible for keeping team members and department supervisors abreast of proper uniform requirements and any uniform changes.

* Schedule routine maintenance of equipment with internal staff and external vendors to ensure proper and continual optimal performance of machinery.

* Interact effectively with a diverse group of guests and TMs, learn and use operating practices of the department and the organization.

* Retrieve uniforms for Team Members.

* Count, scan, and hang all garments passing through the department.

* Sew chips in garments to be recorded in inventory.

* Press wrinkled uniforms.

* Perform minor repairs such as sewing buttons, etc.

* Check garments for damage or further cleaning.

* Fit team members for their uniforms properly.

* Issue new uniforms and retrieve uniforms for fitting.

* Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas.

* Ensure the highest standards of promptness and service in accordance with departmental and Odawa Casino Resort policies, practices, and procedures.

* Follow all safety guidelines and organizational policies as well as Wardrobe procedures.

* Provide guests and fellow Team Members assistance, instruction and/or guidance.

* Run appropriate reports utilizing computer programs.

* Conduct weekly and monthly inventory of garments.

* Attend required department meetings and trainings.

* Use embroidery machine to place logos and artwork on uniforms and accessories.

* Perform all other duties as assigned within the scope of work.

**Job Requirements:**

**Minimum Qualifications:**

* Must be at least 18 years old.

* Must be able to read and write.

* Must be able to type and run reports and have basic knowledge of spreadsheets.

* Six (6) months computer experience.

* Must be able to organize information.

* Must have basic math skills.

* Physical ability to access all areas of the property.

* Must be able to withstand prolonged standing, walking, stretching, bending and kneeling without restriction.

* Must have ability to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy objects up to 50 lbs. and be able to reach overhead.

* Must be able to meet Odawa Casino Resort and Hotel internal training requirements.

* You may be required to pass a skills assessment test to determine if you meet the minimum qualifications of the position.

* Exposure to loud and continual noise levels and a smoke filled environment.

* Must be flexible with shift and days off and be able to handle busy periods during peak service times.

* Must be able to obtain a gaming license in accordance to the regulations established by the LTBB Gaming Regulatory Commission, and be able to serve in the position under any other applicable law.

* Must maintain the highest level of confidentiality at all times.
