General Summary:
With a commitment to patient and family centered care, the Safety Associate works collaboratively with the health care team to provide remote supportive care for patients who require additional monitoring or assistance. Promotes quality patient care, comfort, and a safe environment under the direction of a Registered Nurs
Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
Ability to read and communicate in the English language.
High school graduate or equivalent required
Valid and current BLS Certification required

In 2021, Jefferson Health became the sole owner of HealthPartners Plan, a not-for-profit health maintenance organization in Southeastern Pennsylvania. We are the first health system regionally to create an aligned payer-provider partnership.
