Overview: We are seeking a Lab Manager to join our team in California, United States. The Lab Manager will be responsible for leading the development and testing of energy-dense battery systems in our state-of-the-art lab.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the lab team in conducting prototyping, experiments and tests on energy-dense battery systems
• Oversee the maintenance and calibration of lab equipment
• Ensure the lab operates in compliance with safety regulations and protocols
• Collaborate with the research and development team to improve battery system performance
• Manage inventory and procurement of lab materials and supplies
• Using your experience to mentor other members of the team

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a leading a lab workflow
