Digital Menu Specialist

The Digital Menu Specialist will be responsible for configuring, updating, and managing digital menu content supporting all Bloomin' Brands concepts. Digital menus consist of the on-line ordering platform and third-party food delivery partners. This role works with cross functional teams and is expected to become the subject matter expert with the tools that support all digital menus consisting of new menus, limited time offers, promotions and restaurant specific attributes.

This position is based in our Tampa Restaurant Support Center and may be approved for a hybrid working schedule upon successful completion of initial training.

Essential Duties:

• Creates menu items, attributes, menu descriptions, assigned pictures and categories in digital platform
• Regularly maintains digital menu content
• Ensures accuracy of online ordering databases before deployment to customer facing applications
• Provides support to the restaurants
• Sets up digital menu and provides ongoing support for new store openings

REQUIREMENTS:

Required:

• Critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with MS Office
• Experience with system configurations

Preferred:

• Experience with Olo platform or POSitouch
