DFT Lead

We are seeking a seasoned DFT Lead to join a well-funded Series A startup whose vision is to become THE compute platform for AGI. Their unique hardware is specifically targeted for large language models, ultimately making AI more cost-efficient, faster and energy efficient.

Their leadership stems from some of the brightest minds leading AI innovations at Google.

Qualifications:

• Experience in driving DFT strategy and execution on large and complex ASICs + SoCs to production-level silicon.
• Experience deploying DFT at-scale for large, high-performance chips in pre + post-silicon implementation and test for NPI.
• Demonstrated ability to work with 3rd-party design service partners to deliver tape out-ready designs with DFT.

Responsibilities:

• Own DFT methodology and collaborate on silicon design + physical design methodology across blocks, subsystems, full-chip designs from RTL to GDS.
• Architect DFT solutions - memory testability, logic test for coverage and at-speed testability for very large + complex silicon.
• Work closely with all HW design teams to deliver optimal PPA results.
