**Description**

Job Summary: The Electrical Assembler is responsible for performing standard production operations per Cosascos standard procedures. They are expected to be able to perform a range of probe assembly, instrument assembly, systems assembly, and cable assembly operations. Duties/Responsibilities: Performs job operations in the production area they are directed to work in by their supervisor. Clocks in and out of job operations in the ERP Production Environment and marks items when complete. Maintains high levels of quality and good efficiency in performing job operations. Creates non-conformances for any defective parts, following Cosasco standard procedures. Notifies supervisor of any issues that arise. Looks out for improvement opportunities relating to safety and operational performance in their work area, and raises these to their supervisor. Adhere to all company policies and processes, and uphold company values. Follow safe work practices. Upholds a positive and professional work environment in the department. Required Skills/Abilities: Good manual skills. Ability to interpret Engineering drawings, and follow documented work and test procedures. Strong soldering, wiring, and other electrical assembly skills. Attention to detail. Good work ethic and punctuality. Proficiency using ERP systems (Epicor preferred). Ability to function well in a high-paced and performance-driven environment. Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of standing and sitting. Ability to lift 20lbs. Travel Requirements: None.
