Electronic Assembler

We are currently seeking a skilled mid-level Electronic Assembler to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of electronic components and assembly techniques, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience in electronic assembly or a related field.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
• Experience with soldering.
• Familiarity with a variety of electronic components, including resistors, capacitors, diodes, and transistors.
• Ability to use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Strong communication skills
• Basic computer skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assemble electronic components and parts according to specifications and blueprints.
• Inspect and test assembled products for quality and functionality.
• Troubleshoot assembly issues and make necessary adjustments or repairs.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify process improvements and optimize assembly procedures.
• Fabricate or modify parts using machine shop equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure production goals are met.
