**Production Team Leader**

Reports to: Production Supervisor
Work Location: Battle Creek, Michigan
Shift: 3rd Shift
We have an exciting opportunity at our Battle Creek facility for entry level or experienced Production Team Leaderwho is excited about taking Motus to the NEXT level. **RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Provide leadership to all teams
* Follow and enforce safety guidelines
* Provide production associates with needed training and orientation to the department and job
* Inspect parts for quality per standard and enforce quality guidelines
* Work effectively with team members to trouble shoot quality and/or production issues
* Keeps area organized and clean following 5S principals
* Change machines over, perform needed preventative maintenance and keep abreast of how to run new parts and operate new machine innovation
* Know different types of material in department and to make sure everyone follows Kanban system
* Complete department paperwork and required training programs
**REQUIREMENTS:**
* Able to perform work responsibilities safety and ability to follow all safety rules and regulations
* High School Diploma or GED is required
* At least 2 years manufacturing experience
* Attention to detail and ability to manage projects in a timely manner
