What You'll Do
As the Staff Specialist, you will provide support to Transportation Supervisor. You will be responsible for completing inquiries and interacting with all internal / external customers in a professional, safe and efficient manner consistent with Dyno Nobel America's and Dyno Nobel Transportation Inc's ZERO HARM policies and values. Other duties will include:
* Performing Data Entry and record keeping.
* Figure and input payroll for drivers and hourly personnel.
* Order entry, dispatch entry and billing invoice entry into the TMW system.
* Sorts and files maintenance repair orders and invoices and records
* Compute month end financial reports for the East Region.
* Performs routine clerical and data entry functions within the maintenance department
* Maintain daily, weekly and monthly maintenance reports and logs.
* Complete 90 day appraisals for all drivers, enter into payroll.
* Help with new hire training for new drivers and hourly personnel.
* Other task and duties as needed
What We're Looking For:
* High school or greater equivalent required.
* Excellent computer, data entry, and typing skills.
* Familiar and competent with MS Word & Excel programs.
* Excellent communication, verbal and written skills.
* Team player - showing commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
* Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a team player.
