Desktop Support Specialist
Job description
Beacon Hill is looking for an outgoing IT professional who is eager to learn and provide white glove customer-facing support for one of our Fortune 100 Healthcare clients.
Must Haves:
3+ years of experience in a desktop support role providing in person end user support
3+ years in a Windows 10 and Office 365 environment
3+ years of experience working with Active Directory (PW resets, adding/deleting devices, etc.)
Ability to perform basic troubleshooting of Windows issues (Blue screen of death, mouse not working, laptop connectivity, etc.)
Excellent customer service skills and communication - People first mentality
Bonus Skills:
A+ or similar certifications
Apple support experience (MAC, iPad, iPhone)
Mobile device support on iPhone, androids and iPad
