Oversees all aspects of projects. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project.Key Duties And ResponsibilitiesServes as primary liaison between company and customer to develop best-in-class retail merchandising solutions to achieve sales growthManages display and primary packaging development process and execution, working with internal and external stakeholdersServes as subject matter expert on Menasha's products and capabilities to align with customer's brand objectivesProactively manages project timelines and communicates progress with key stakeholders, ensuring key dates and deadlines are metMakes recommendations to customer to optimize quality, structural and brand graphics integrityDrives internal and customer continuous improvement initiatives to deliver cost savingsManages internal and customer complaints and assures appropriate corrective actionsCoordinates comprehensive cost estimates working with key stakeholdersPrepares and reviews required business reportsMaintains and shares industry, professional and technical knowledge by networking, attending industry events, and reviewing professional publicationsEssential to this PositionThis individual is accountable to identify and broaden material handling applications in accounts that are targeted for reusable packaging systems. Plan, direct and coordinate activities of packaging projects to ensure that objectives are accomplished within prescribed cost, quality, and timing parameters. A key focus will be on identifying and driving Customer savings opportunities.
