Responsibilities:
- Assist our Lead Installer with daily HVAC and generator installations, including heat pumps, furnaces, air handlers, generators, etc.
- Aid in the installation, repair, and troubleshooting of HVAC and generator systems.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and diagnostics on HVAC and generator equipment when needed.
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.
Requirements:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):
- No experience necessary; we're willing to train the right person.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs on a continual basis.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
- Willingness to learn and develop strong problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable going into crawl spaces or attics.
- Must have a valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Salary Description:
- Competitive salary: $14-$16 per hour.
