Assistant Construction Superintendent

Now Hiring an Assitant Construction Superintendent for a 6+ month project local to the Phoenix Area.

Our client is a Nationwide Developer/Construction company looking to close out a project. Preferred multi family experience but open to commercial.

Pay is $40/hr and can turn into a direct hire.

Duties:

• Manage production schedules.
• Plan out work crew size, composition, and timing, and to the extent possible, specific personnel.
• Coordinating schedules of subs
• Manage day-to-day scheduling, expediting and subcontractor functions and equipment required to advance the job on schedule and in budget.
• Maintains Quality Control at all points of construction.
