The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining schedules for construction activities and reviewing any schedule changes to filed conditions and changes in scope.
Responsibilities
- Minimum 5 years of experience in scheduling for an owner or General Contractor, preferably working on multiple educational facilities or public works projects
- Identify relationships, logic, milestones, and constraints for construction projects of various types and performs Critical Path analysis and Earned Value analysis
- Performs schedule Time Impact Analysis for any change orders that affect the construction schedule; conducts schedule negotiations with the OAR and the contractor for any delay time settlements
- Must have experience in vertical construction.
