Commercial Cleaning Supervisor

Employment Solutions is partnering with a successful local company to hire an Area Manager Commercial Cleaning Supervisor to lead a team of Supervisors and Cleaning Specialists for a Janitorial Division in Palm Beach County. This is a direct hire full-time position with outstanding benefits!

Salary range: $45,000 $55,000 per year

Details:

• Fluency in Spanish / English
• 2nd shift: 3 pm 12 midnight
• Manage and supervise a team of custodial staff, ensuring that all assigned locations are cleaned to company standards
• Develop cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and address any issues
• Train new employees on proper cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and safety protocols
• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and address any concerns or requests
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including time sheets, inspection reports, and incident documentation
• Exceptional customer service: build relationships, communicate well with employees and customers
• Vehicle allowance or company vehicle, gas card and Sun pass benefit

Qualifications:

• Bilingual Spanish/English is required
• Valid drivers license
• High school diploma or equivalent, college degree a plus
• 3-5 years experience in janitorial management
• 2 years supervisory experience
• Experience with budgets, P/L, forecasting
• Knowledge of modern cleaning techniques, floor care, etc.
• Proficient with technology: MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Time clock
• Love problem-solving, multi-tasking
