Summary

The Bilingual Intake Specialist often provides the first impression of the Firm to potential clients and plays a vital role in providing our clients with excellent service by completing free consultations and gathering information pertinent to their potential cases, as well as meeting with clients as necessary.

Essential Functions

• Able to meet with in person and on the phone to translate for Spanish and English speaking clients.
• Follows practices and processes that comply with appropriate laws and regulations, meets the company standards, and serves the needs of our clients
• Demonstrates a commitment to continuous improvement
• Complies with company policies and procedures
• Accepts incoming phone calls
• Makes outgoing phone calls
• Communicates electronically; via email and text
• Enters data
• Schedules appointments
• Meets with clients, as necessary
• Scans and attaches documents electronically
• Performs other duties within the Team Member's training and skill set, as directed by the Core Leader

• Fluent in Spanish and English

• Ability to accurately type a minimum of 50 words per minute

• No direct supervision responsibilities

Physical Demands, Work Environment and Other Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times, i.e. lifting reams of paper
