Operating out of seven locations, we offer medical care (primary care, dental, vision, OB/GYN, telehealth), behavioral and psychiatric care, a low-cost pharmacy, nutritional assistance programs, and more. Working hours are Monday - Friday with occasional Saturday morning coverage.

**JOB SUMMARY**

Bilingual (*English/Spanish*) Customer Service Representative is responsible for answering a high volume of incoming calls from patients, and accurately scheduling their appointments with providers, while ensuring a high level of customer service and maximizing productivity. Also responsible for accurate, timely handling of work assignments sent through a centralized team scheduling inbox. Works with operations staff to promote quality and cost effective daily operations. Establishes and maintains good interpersonal relationships with patients, their families, the public and co-workers. This position works collaboratively with all other staff to assist the patient and facilitate successful patient interaction with the practice team. This position reflects and carries forward the mission and goals of the practice both internally and throughout the community.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

* High School diploma or GED

* Computer application experience, such as Microsoft office, customer tracking software, etc.

* Ability to efficiently function in a call center environment

* Skills necessary to organize and process daily workload

* Interpersonal skills to maintain effective working relationships with others and function independently

* Knowledge of medical terminology and professional office practice and procedures (preferred)

* One to three years' experience in a physician's office or call / contact center environment (preferred)
